Where are the old lists and trach & trace?
When you are logged in, the webshop will open automatically. More than 11,000 products are available in the webshop, consisting of flowers, plants, trends and ribbons. Do you already know exactly what you want to order? To find your products quickly, you can use the search bar at the right of your screen to search specifically. Would you like to explore our range? Then click on the left on flowers, plants, trends or ribbons to view the range per product type.
Use our filters to find what you are looking for more easily! When you expand the filter bar, you have various properties on which you can filter, such as product groups, stem length and color. Do you want to remove the filters? Then click on "Remove filters" at the top of the bar. Or do you want to remove a specific filter and keep the rest? Then click on the cross of the relevant purple block with the correct filter.

Add products to your shopping cart
Have you found a product that you want to order? Great! At the bottom of the product you can see the size / quantity of the package. For example, here it says. X 10 - 0.75. This means that the package consists of 10 stems. 1 stem costs 75 cents. So this whole pack of 10 stems costs 7.50. Enter the number of packages here. The products have now been added to your shopping cart (top right).
When you click on the photo of the product you will be taken to a page with more detailed information. Here you can see more pictures, color code and similar products. Here you can also enter the desired quantity. You can also choose to fill a crate with a product to get a customer discount!
Have you added all your products to your shopping cart? Click on the shopping chart in the top right corner to check your order. You can still change the delivery time if necessary. Everthing allright? Then you can click on order! Your order will be sent to us and we will get to work on it.
An email will be sent to you with further details about your order. You can find information about the shipment of your order at your customer portal.
